COUNTRIES

At present we ship within Malaysia and to Singapore.

 

SHIPPING TO SINGAPORE

For personal orders shipped to Singapore, there is a limit of 3 bottles per order imposed by Singapore Customs.  If you would like to purchase more, we recommend placing your next order after 2 weeks to help avoid any delays or issues with Singapore Customs.

To order more than 3 bottles at a time, you may be required to obtain approval or permit from the Health Sciences Authority (HSA) Singapore.

As regulations may change from time to time, we encourage customers to check with Singapore Customs and HSA for the most up-to-date information on purchase limits and permit requirements.

Please note that Ayur Life Herbals is unable to take responsibility for parcels that are delayed or not delivered due to taxes, duties or other regulations imposed by the recipient country.

 

SHIPPING CHARGES

West Malaysia (Semenanjung Malaysia)

  • One bottle : RM4.90
  • Two bottles : RM4.90
  • Three bottles or more : FREE

East Malaysia (Sabah / Sarawak)

  • One bottle : RM14.90
  • Two bottles : RM14.90
  • Three bottles or more : RM10.90

Singapore

  • One bottle : RM23.90
  • Two bottles : RM23.90
  • Three bottles or more : RM19.90

DELIVERY TIME

The normal order processing time is 48 hours during business days (Monday through Friday) after which your order will be shipped. Delivery times are as stated below. Please keep in mind that during holidays, product promotions and restocks and other unforeseen circumstances the shipping and delivery time may vary.

  • West Malaysia - (J&T / Poslaju) 3-5 Business Days
  • East Malaysia - (J&T / PosLaju) 3-7 Business Days
  • Singapore - (NinjaVan) 5-7 Business Days

 

COURIERS USED

We ship using PosLaju, J&T and Ninja Van alternatively depending on the recommended option at the time of shipment.

 

ORDER TRACKING

To know the status of your order you may go to your order confirmation email and click on the View Your Order button. You will be taken directly to your order tracking page with contact details of the courier service centre for further assisstance.

 

REDELIVERIES

For deliveries returned to Ayur Life Herbals due to customer's non-response to the courier's delivery attempts or customer's premises being inaccessible to the courier or customer's unavailability, the customer will be charged a processing fee of RM10.00 and the respective SHIPPING CHARGES before the redelivery can be arranged, even if the initial delivery was free. 

 

NOTICES

Ayur Life Herbals is not responsible for deliveries that are affected by natural occurrences, air and ground transportation strikes and delays.
