The recommended use is as follows:-

One capsule each time after meals, twice daily for the following supplements:-

Two capsules each time after meals, twice daily for the following supplements:-

• Moringa Seed
• Cinnamon Ceylon
• Gokshura
• Cumin
• Ashwagandha

Each bottle of supplement provides a 30-day supply.
