Shipping To Singapore
As with many countries Singapore has its own set of terms or restrictions as follows.
For personal shipments, the maximum weight must not exceed 5 kg per parcel.
For personal shipments, the maximum quantity allowed is limited to a 3-month supply (3-bottles) per parcel. Different supplements included total number should not exceed 3 bottles.
If the weight or quantity exceeds the allowable limit for personal use, approval from the Singapore Health Sciences Authority (HSA) must be obtained, and a permit is required.
Customers may decide to put in multiple orders to the same recipient. In this instance we shall not ship the orders at the same time to avoid the parcels being exported together in the same batch or on the same flight to Singapore. We shall stagger the shipments with a 1 or 2-day gap between them.
Please note that Singapore Customs processes clearance on a per-flight basis. If multiple parcels addressed to the same recipient are shipped on the same flight and the combined quantity exceeds the allowed limit, Customs may consolidate them, potentially resulting in the requirement of an import permit or the imposition of additional GST charges if the total consolidated parcel value is more than SGD400.
For further information on the application for the HSA permit you may visit their website at https://www.hsa.gov.sg/health-supplements/overview or email them at SA_Info@hsa.gov.sg.
The above terms may change at any time at the discretion of the Singapore government. Ayur Life Herbals shall not be responsible for any such change of information that may result in the customers not receiving their orders.
