Recommended use (adults) :

• One capsule - twice a day - after meals
• 60 capsules (30 days' supply)

Ingredients :

• 450mg of Shatavari root powder.
• Vegetable capsules.
• Plant-based.
• Contains no added gluten, soy, wheat, dairy, nuts, yeast, corn, eggs, salt and sugar.
• Colour of herbal powder in capsule may vary from picture.
